  1. OPENING
    1. This Website can be accessed at www.hdistore.com.
    2. Terms and Conditions govern Accounts, Purchases, Sales, Pricing, Shipping and other services.
    3. Terms and Conditions is an agreement with procedures and regulations held exclusively between HDI and Enterprisers, governing the rights and obligations along with the responsibilities of HDI and Enterprisers in products ordering.
    4. It is HDI's responsibility to introduce all HDI Enterprisers to these Terms and Conditions. If you have further questions regarding our Terms and Conditions, please contact us before continuing to use this Website.

  2. DEFINITION AND UNDERSTANDING
    1. The HDI Store web portal facility is managed by PT. Harmoni Dinamik Indonesia.
    2. The term 'HDI', 'HDI Store', 'us' or 'we' refer to the owner/seller of this Website in the respective countries.
    3. The term 'Enterpriser' or 'You' refer to user/viewer/buyer/shopper of this Website.

  3. ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
    1. Enterpriser is personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account and password for all activities that occur under the Enterpriser account.
    2. HDI urges Enterprisers not to provide password data or other important data to parties on behalf of HDI or other parties whose security cannot be guaranteed.
    3. Enterpriser agrees and ensures to log out of the account at the end of each session and notifies HDI of any unauthorized use of Enterpriser's password or account.
    4. Enterpriser hereby declares that HDI is not responsible for any losses or problems arising from misuse of Enterpriser accounts caused by Enterpriser's negligence, including but not limited to lending or providing account access to other parties, accessing links or links provided by third parties, providing or showing passwords or emails to other parties, or negligence of other Enterprisers which results in losses or problems in the Enterpriser's account.

  4. PURCHASE
    1. ORDER AND AVAILABILITY
      1. Enterpriser must transact through the transaction procedures set by HDI.
      2. When making a product purchase, the Enterpriser agrees that it is the responsibility of the Enterpriser to read, understand and agree to the information/description of the entire product before making a commitment to purchase.
      3. Whilst HDI makes its best effort to ensure the availability of stock quantity, which appear on the website, are accurate, there may be instances where the stock quantity may change at any time or errors may occur. Upon discovery of that error, HDI will inform Enterprisers as soon as possible for further clarification and recommendation.
      4. Enterpriser fully understands and agrees that all transactions made other than through the HDI Official Account and/or without HDI's knowledge (through private facilities/networks, messaging, special transaction arrangements outside the HDI site or other means) are personal responsibility of the Enterpriser.
    2. PAYMENT
      1. Payments by Enterpriser must be made immediately after the Enterpriser checks out. If payment confirmation has not been made by the Enterpriser, HDI has the authority to cancel any unconfirmed order. Enterpriser has no right to file a claim or demand for the cancellation of the transaction. Where else, paid transactions cannot be cancelled.
      2. Enterpriser shall be entitled to make payment for the products using the various payment channels made available on the website of each respective countries which are being provided by its respective appointed third-party payment gateway providers.
      3. HDI takes no responsibility and assume no liability for any loss or damages to Enterprisers arising from payment information release to other parties or wrong remittance that do not match the billing amount stated on the payment page.
      4. All billing and other information submitted to the Site must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information is a breach of these Terms and Conditions. By completing the checkout process you agree to accept and to pay for the product(s) or service(s) requested. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card or other payment means used to complete any transaction.
    3. CONFIRMATION OF PRODUCT RECEIPT
      1. Successful shipment will be displayed as "Delivered" on the website. Enterpriser is required to "Confirm" the acceptance of product on the website within 24 hours after receiving the purchased product. If there is no confirmation done within 24 hours, HDI System will automatically turn it to the "Confirm" status. Enterpriser shall declare that he/she agrees to the automatic confirmation.
      2. After confirmation of product receipt or confirmation of automatic product receipt, Enterpriser's payment will be transferred to HDI's official account and the transaction is considered complete.
      3. Enterpriser understands and agrees that any claims made after confirmation/automatic confirmation of product receipt are not the responsibility of HDI. Losses that arise after confirmation/automatic confirmation of product receipt are the Enterpriser's own responsibility.
    4. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
      1. Refund from HDI to Enterpriser can only be done in the following certain circumstances:
        1. Overpayment occurs when Enterprisers pays more than they were billed.
        2. Out of stock, changes in shipping costs, delay of delivery, missing items during delivery or other reasons.
      2. All refund and return requests will be subject to HDI’s verification process and approval.
      3. The product return request must be made within 3 working days from the order received date. Once your request has been processed, we'll send you a confirmation email and proceed with item return to us or collection if needed.
      4. HDI only acknowledges damaged, incorrect or expired (less than 6 months) items for the return request and must be accompanied with the proof such as unbox video of the parcel, photos (with HDI packaging, consignment note and faulty/missing products).
      5. HDI does not cover product damage caused by the negligence, damage or misuse of the Enterpriser.
      6. HDI provides a Guarantee of Goods/Products as stated in the Code of Ethics related to Product Policy.
      7. HDI will carry out a refund based on the respective cooling-off period regulation and return policy if any as stated by the respective Direct Selling Association in each country.
    5. AUTHORITY OF HDI
      1. HDI has the authority to make decisions on unresolved transaction issues due to the absence of a settlement agreement, both between HDI and the Enterpriser, by looking at the available evidence. HDI's decision is final and cannot be contested and is binding on HDI and the Enterpriser to comply.
      2. HDI has the authority to change the order status to "Delivered" if there is no update of the delivery status from the courier/logistic services after 2 days and there is no further confirmation from the Enterpriser. If within 24 hours there is no confirmation of receipt of the product or any complaint from the Enterpriser, HDI has the authority to complete the transaction which is deemed to have carried out its obligation to send the product with delivery receipt number. This order status adjustment will only be made if the listed delivery address on the invoice and courier receipt is correct.
      3. HDI reserves the right to check whether Enterpriser is duly authorised to use certain payment method and may suspend the transaction until such authorisation is confirmed or cancel the relevant transaction where such confirmation is not available.
    6. BUSINESS VALUE (BV) / BUSINESS POINTS (BP) PROCESSING
      1. The deadline for product purchase on HDI Store to have the Business Value (BV)/Business Points (BP) included in the commission processing of each calendar month is the last day of the month at 2400 hours local time.
      2. Transactions whose payment is completed after this deadline will be processed in the next bonus period.

  5. PRICE
    1. All prices stated in the website are subject to prices of each country with different taxes unless otherwise stated and it shall be liable by Enterprisers to pay but it excludes the delivery charges.
    2. By placing an order through HDI Store, the Enterpriser agrees to pay the total cost as stated on the payment page, which consists of the product price, shipping fees, and other costs that may arise and will be stated on the payment page.
    3. We only accept payment in local country’s currency where HDI operates.
      Malaysia - Ringgit Malaysia (MYR/RM)
      Singapore - Singapore Dollar (SGD/S$)
      Hong Kong - Hong Kong Dollar (HK$)
      Philippines - Philippine Peso (PHP/₱).

  6. DELIVERY RATES
    1. Enterpriser understands that HDI has done its best possible in providing shipping rate information to the Enterpriser based on location accurately.


  7. DELIVERY OF GOODS
    1. Any provisions regarding the product delivery process are the full authority of the Goods delivery/logistics service provider.
    2. Enterpriser understands and agrees that any product delivery problems caused by late payment are the responsibility of the Enterpriser.
    3. Any problems caused by the logistic service provider such as damaged, lost or failure of delivery during the course of delivery, HDI will not be liable for any damage, expense, cost or fees, however, HDI could help Enterprisers to reach out to the logistic service provider to resolve such dispute.
    4. After verifying and the payment is confirmed, we will process the order and arrange for shipment within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Except for some circumstances where unfortunately it is beyond the control of HDI, for example courier service delays, emergency, or items out of stock.

  8. INFORMATION UPDATE
    1. HDI reserves the right to update or change our Terms at any time and you should check the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Products and Services after we post any modifications to the Terms on this page will constitute your acknowledgement of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Terms.


  9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    1. The Website, comprising all its content, materials, documents including but not limited to its trademarks/service marks, logos and other intellectual property rights of HDI in the Website encompassing all information, details, graphics, data, text, video and other arrangements of the same are the wholly owned and copyrighted work of HDI, and shall vest and belong to HDI.
    2. None of the materials posted herein shall be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, including but not limited to electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or other means, without the prior express written permission of HDI.
    3. In the event of a breach of the intellectual property rights hereunder these Terms and Conditions, HDI may resort to any available legal remedies, which may include a demand for actual or statutory damages, attorney fees, and injunctive relief.
