Now HDI has collaborated with Grab to present GrabExpress delivery services at the HDI Store. You can now choose a GrabExpress courier to get HDI products more easily and quickly.

To use the GrabExpress courier, there are some terms and conditions that you need to know:

• GrabExpress has 2 types of delivery services, namely:
  • Instant Delivery, with delivery time at 08:00 - 18:00
  • Same Day Delivery, with delivery time at 09:00 - 16:00
• The type of delivery service available depends on the area where the Center is located.
• To use the GrabExpress delivery courier, the Enterpriser is required to add location data (map points) to the delivery address.
• The Center takes time to process your order, therefore, orders placed after 14:00 have the potential to be dispatched the following day.
• If the Center does not process your order within the specified time limit, your order will be transferred to another nearest Center, and your product will be shipped using regular conventional couriers.
• If the shipping cost of your transfer transaction is higher, then you don't have to pay the difference in shipping costs.
• If the shipping cost of your transfer transaction is lower, the difference in shipping costs will be refunded to Refund in your account.
